E-Learning

Ibis Consulting is one of the pioneers in diversity e-learning programs. Our e-learning programs are customized and developed based on information gathered by Ibis consultants working with our clients. The online training can be used as a stand-alone program or as a "blended solution" with follow-up instructor-led sessions.

Our e-learning programs are lively, engaging and interactive. They provide in-depth, timely, and relevant diversity information. We include company specific information on the business case and diversity strategy, and scenarios reflecting realistic diversity dilemmas and challenges that arise in the client's environment. In collaboration with Illumina Interactive, our technical partner, we also provide:
