Coaching
Coaching is an effective way to invest in the development of talent in the organization. Ibis is often brought in to increase a leader’s effectiveness in a specific area, to help managers adapt to new roles and responsibilities or to align the goals of an employee with those of the organization.
We begin with an assessment of the client’s strengths and areas for development through confidential interviews of 6 to 8 people who work with the client. Based on the feedback we receive, we help the client set 2 to 4 goals for the coaching. Increasingly we coach on the phone as well as in person which provides Ibis with the ability to coach people in any location in the US. Engagements usually last six months to nine months.
