Abi Adamson (she/her) is a global DEI facilitator and educator dedicated to ensuring that organizations are equipped to cultivate a culture of inclusion rooted in equitable frameworks, policies, and ways of working.

With 10 years of global experience across the advertising, media, and tech sectors in EMEA and the United States, Abi has experience facilitating topics such as inclusive leadership, microaggressions, understanding race relations, intersectionality, and much more. 

She specializes in talent acquisition, organizational design, and executive training and has worked with organizations such as Sony Music, Spotify, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. She received her MA in Media & Social Justice from Goldsmiths University in London and was recently recognized by the New York Times as one of the “stars of LinkedIn”.
