The Ibis Legacy

Since 1987 Ibis has used a collaborative approach to guide hundreds of organizations through successful, results-oriented workplace Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.

  1. Ibis is co-founded by Katharine Esty, Meg Whitley, and Erica Morgan and is officially certified as a women-owned business.
