    May include a formal 360 data gathering process using stakeholder interviews and feedback tools.

  • Engages a team or peers in a combination of coaching, facilitation, consulting, and teaching skills.

    May follow a formal data gathering process.

    Participants are engaged in real-time coaching, supporting, problem solving, and perspective taking.

    Who might benefit? A CEO and direct reports working to better understand and fulfill their roles as inclusive leaders, mid-level managers, with managers and individual contributors to address organizational change, learn to communicate more effectively as inclusive leaders, ERG/BRG Executive Sponsors, Leaders to better understand and fulfill their roles as inclusive leaders.
