Drawing on her background in organizational psychology and her experience as an immigrant from India, Shilpa champions the idea that honoring diverse perspectives and creating opportunities for all leads to collective success.
Her pioneering Inclusive Organization Framework, developed in 2017, empowers organizations to achieve sustainable progress by fostering both individual growth and cultural transformation. With over two decades of experience, Shilpa partners with global companies and universities to reimagine workplace cultures, equipping leaders to unlock creativity and innovation while ensuring everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
