John Cunningham (he/him) is a seasoned HR professional, executive coach, and DEI consultant & facilitator. With over three decades of experience in Human Resources, John has excelled in attracting, developing, and retaining premier talent for multinational corporations. His leadership tenures at RSA, Dell, EMC, and Harvard Pilgrim Health Care have seen him create and lead numerous leadership and DEI workshops throughout North America, EMEA, and APJ regions.

John is a Certified Professional with the Society for Human Resource Management and possesses professional certifications in Organizational Development and Executive Coaching from Columbia University. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and currently lives in the Greater Boston Area with his family. Outside of his professional interests, John enjoys cycling and landscape design.
