Laxmi Char (she/her) is a facilitator, mentor, and DEI/B entrepreneur dedicated to making India Inc. more inclusive – one workplace at a time. With over two decades of corporate experience across manufacturing, retail, and the IT/ITES industry in India and the US, Laxmi has experience with internal Emerging Leaders programs and facilitating on topics such as Inclusive Leadership, Progressing Women, and addressing Unconscious Bias.

She specializes in manager/stakeholder training and has worked with organizations such as the Tata Group of Companies, the Allegis Group, and ABB. She received her Economics and Business Administration degrees from Bangalore University and is a recognized DEI speaker across NASSCOMM and other industry fora. Outside of her role at Ibis, Laxmi rescues senior dogs and enjoys learning new languages.
