Pam Confer, Ph.D., is a global, bilingual DEI/B thought leader who is highly sought after for her on-point perspective on how “good differences” can be activated to restore harmony. She has over 20 years of experience consulting and training in the public and private sectors - from the United States to Central and South America. Dr. Confer specializes in DEI/B, change management, organizational development, executive leadership coaching, and cultural acclimatization planning. She has experience facilitating topics such as Allyship, Unconscious Bias, Neurodiversity, Racial Equity, and Cross-Cultural Literacy.

A TEDx Women presenter, Dr. Confer has worked with companies such as Nissan North America, Toyota North America, and Continental Tire USA. She received her Ph.D. in Public Policy and Administration from Jackson State University and a certification in DE&I from Cornell University. She is the author of the theory of “Circle-Shifting,” influencing the movement of personal and professional circles from within.
