Amberine Huda

Senior Consultant & Special Projects Lead

Amberine (she/her) is a Senior Consultant and Ibis’s Special Projects Lead. As a change management and leadership development expert, Amberine works with large, global institutions and executive teams on scaling their impact by building culturally nuanced and engaging workshops and trainings. She brings nearly 15 years of experience in developing workshops, conferences, and experiences for leaders and global audiences across the tech, business development, and public sectors, all with the goal of ensuring that people at every level are equipped to navigate the ever-changing needs of their people and systems. 

Prior to her work at Ibis, Amberine was a consultant with The World Bank’s Global Education Practice, where she supported research and created programming that focused on improving systems of learning in Southeast Asia and Africa and culminated with her leading a symposium for ministers of education and UN leaders. She received her B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and an M.A. in International Education Policy from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.  

Outside of her role at Ibis, Amberine enjoys performing music, going to museums, and co-leading the Washington D.C. chapter of the Alumni Network for Harvard Women.
