Rahul (he/him) is a respected voice in envisioning the future of inclusive community and leadership at work. His diverse experience spans continents, sectors, and decades - yet is unified by a theme of leveraging systemic approaches to promote holistic employee belonging and well-being.

He's been featured by Harvard, The World Bank, and NASA - and has worked with +75k employees across over 60 organizations. He specializes in workshop facilitation, leadership coaching, and DEIB consulting. His approach mixes several science-backed techniques to bolster individual and team motivation, belonging, and purpose - ultimately improving organizational culture, employee engagement, and work stress management.

Prior to exiting, Rahul was the CEO and Co-Founder of Sukhi, a software and consulting firm focused on employee mental well-being, organizational development, and cultural sensitivity. He was also a McKinsey consultant that helped Fortune 500 clients utilize a human-centered approach to navigating transition and professional development.

When not in front of a laptop, you can find him being the committed girl dad of 3 or strumming a guitar in his 90's cover band (Matchbox 30ish). Rahul also loves to travel and has lived abroad in Africa, Asia, and Latin America.

Rahul studied clinical psychology at Tufts Medical, abnormal psychology at Cornell, and leadership development at MIT Sloan.
