Camille Dundas is a diversity, equity, and inclusion educator dedicated to transforming workplaces through solutions-based education. With over 10 years of experience in the tech, banking, and healthcare sectors in Canada and the U.S., Camille created Canada’s first accredited online micro-credential in workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion, backed by Dalhousie University.

As a facilitator, Camille specializes in inclusive leadership and executive coaching. She has a depth of experience facilitating topics such as racial equity, intersectionality, allyship, and unconscious bias. Camille received her educational degree in journalism from Carleton University and has been acknowledged by the Prime Minister of Canada, Justin Trudeau, for her advocacy work. Camille was named among the 100 Top Black Canadian Accomplished Women in 2022. 

Outside of Ibis, Camille is the Co-Founder and Editor-In-Chief of Canada’s largest Black online magazine: ByBlacks.com, where she has led her team to win three national ethnic media awards.
