Kirthi Jayakumar is a facilitator, mediator, JDEIB, and peace educator, dedicated to transforming conflict, fostering community, and creating pathways for sustained human connection with 12 years of global experience working in the development, social justice, and humanitarian sectors. She specializes in JDEIB, peace education, interrogation of power, and conflict transformation and has experience facilitating topics such as unconscious bias, decolonization, power-sharing and redistribution, feminist leadership, and conflict transformation.

Kirthi has worked with organizations such as the United Nations, World Pulse, Vital Voices, We are Feminist Leaders, PayPal, TCS, and several intergovernmental multilateral processes. She received her master’s degrees in Peace and Conflict Studies from UPEACE (Costa Rica) and Coventry University (UK) and runs her own mediation practice, called civitas resolutions. Outside of their role at Ibis, Kirthi enjoys astronomical art.  ​
