Mickey Bradley (he/him) is an organizational development consultant, educator, and executive coach dedicated to helping organizations reach higher performance by creating cultures that allow all people to feel respected, valued, and able to contribute their full talents. With over two decades of experience working with Fortune 100 companies, nonprofits, and educational institutions on four continents, Mickey has facilitated sessions on unconscious bias, conflict resolution, strategic planning, racial equity, and more. 

He specializes in culture change that unleashes the full potential of people and organizations, for clients including Google, American Airlines, and Hasbro. He holds degrees from Union College and the State University of New York at Albany. Outside of Ibis, Mickey has written two nationally best-selling baseball books and is an avid traveler who has visited all seven continents.
