Rupa Ramadurai (she/her/hers) is a Human Capital strategist who has over 10 years of experience in the public, private, and social impact sectors. In her capacity with Ibis, she leans on her expertise in adult learning and development, facilitation, and her passion for advocating for holistic DEIB organizational practices. ​

Rupa is dedicated to workforce management and upskilling employees from an inclusive lens that promotes psychological safety in the workplace. She brings experience in facilitating topics such as Allyship, Unconscious Bias, reimagining work from a racial equity lens, embracing neurodivergence in the workplace, and how to design and execute equitable performance management systems. ​

Rupa enjoys working in the people and culture space where she serves as a coach, empowering others to become change agents in their personal and professional spheres. Throughout her career, she has prioritized pathways to building and advocating for more equitable systems, especially for those most marginalized populations. ​

Outside of Ibis, Rupa enjoys hot yoga and tennis and invests in her community through nonprofit board service and mentorship.
